What this site collects

Nothing, unless you fill in the enquiry form. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no scripts, fonts, images, or embeds from any third party. Your visit is not reported to anyone.

If you use the enquiry form

What you type is sent to ADG and stored in ADG's own practice management system. The web server records that a submission arrived and, to limit abuse, a one-way hash of the originating network address — not the address itself. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept while they might reasonably lead to one, and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, the client file is retained under ADG's engagement terms and any professional obligation that applies.

Asking for your data

Write to ADG and ask what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted. ADG will do so unless a legal or professional obligation requires otherwise, and will say which if that is the case.
