No advice, no engagement

Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal advice, not psychological advice, and not a recommendation for any particular situation. Reading it, or writing to ADG through it, creates no engagement and no professional relationship. An engagement begins only when ADG and a client sign one.

No confidentiality before engagement

Information sent through this site before an engagement is signed is not confidential and not privileged. ADG may already act for another party, and cannot know until a conflicts check has been run. Please do not send anything sensitive until ADG has confirmed there is no conflict.

Accuracy

ADG keeps this site current, and does not guarantee that every statement on it is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Where a page describes an institutional requirement, a rule, or a standard, the governing source controls, not this description of it.
